HSTBTN-800BK headset cannot pair with Cell phone?

Please check whether your headset is in pairing mode or reconnection mode and check whether the Bluetooth function in your cell phone is on. Check your device’s Bluetooth menu and delete/forget the headset and reconnect the headset again.

HSTBTN-800BK headset cannot be switched on?

Please check the battery status of your headset.

Can I change the battery for the headset?

No, this headset use a built-in non-detachable Li-Polymer battery, it cannot be removed.

Can I use headset while driving?

For safety reason, we strongly recommend not to use over-ear headset to avoid distraction while driving.

HSTBTN-800BK headset has disconnected with your cell phone within 10 meters?

Please check if there is metal or other material within a relatively clase range which may interfere with the Bluetooth connection. Bluetooth is a radio technology which is sensitive to objects between the headset and the connected device.

I cannot hear a sound from your computer or cell phone?

Please check whether the output channel of your computer is Bluetooth, that the Audio Device and Bluetooth function of your computer supports A2DP profile. And please check that the volume on your headset/computer/cell phone is turned up.

1 cannot use the headset to control the volume, to select a track ar APP of my cell phone?

The Software settings of the APP may vary and lead to sorne functions ot the APP not controllable by the headset.
